Using your Digital Recorder
This digital recorder is very similar to an analogue (tape) recorder.
- You can record 2.5 hours of dictation.
- You can play previously recorded files and edit them.
- You can attach new voice data to a recording.
- The HOLD button or on/off button. When downloading info make sure the recorder is turned on.
- RECORD button - press the REC button once to record. Press it again to pause when recording.
- STOP - when you have finished a recording press the stop button to close the file.
- NEW button - press this button when you want to create a new file.
- PLAY - press this button to listen to your recording
- REWIND - press rewind button once and hold. This will scroll you back through your recording. Press twice (click click) to rewind all the way back to the beginning.
- FAST FORWARD - press fast forward button once and hold. This will scroll you forward through your recording. Press twice (click click) to forward all the way to the end of your recording.
- VOLUME - make sure the volume control is turned up when you want to listen to a recording.
