Starting a New Dictation

1. Press NEW button to create a new file to record dictation into. We prefer that you press the NEW button before each new clinic, as this creates a separate file per document.
2. Press red REC button and start dictating.
3. To pause during dictation, press the red REC button again (REC PAUSE appears on screen); to resume dictation press red REC button again.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure the following fields are dictated for each patient:

1. Patient Name
2. Hospital Number
