Sending and Receiving DScribe files
First make sure that the recorder is switched on. The On/Off button is called "Hold" and can be found on the bottom right hand side of the recorder (See No. 11 in Fig 1.0)
Now plug the recorder into the cradle.
As soon as the recorder is plugged into the cradle a programme will automatically open (See Fig 1.1).
Now drag the mouse down to the bottom left hand side of the window to the icon labelled DS-330(XXXX) or DS2300 (XXXX) and right click on it. You will now have two options, select the 'Download all' option.
A secondary window will now appear showing the files downloading. When this has finished the window will disappear.
Now close the main window and double click on the Send Voice Files to DScribe icon 
A window will now open and your files will now be sent for transcription (See Fig 1.2)
