- How does our service work?
- Dictation is made using digital dictation machines (Olympus DS330 and DS2300) or by telephone. Olympus DS330 & DS2300 machines are easy to use and hold up to 2.5 hours of high-quality ultra-compressed voice files. The service can be supported via PCs with USB ports – neither machine will work with serial ports. (Please note: the DS330 has now been discontinued and replaced by the DS2300).
